Pakubuwono Residence

Developed by Agung Podomoro Group (APG) This High-End Project is currently considered the strongest condominium residential in the South Jakarta area with an over 90% tenancy. Allegedly there are 6 units left out of 640 units located on the second & third floor with 3 bedrooms units at a typical gross size of 294sqm priced at Rp 5.22 billion to Rp 5.24 billion. The Average price per meter is at Rp 17.7 million/sqm
One of the reason it is considered the strongest is due to its secondary lease price. The Lease Price range is US$ 2750 to US$ 3000 for two bedrooms condominium with a typical gross size of 208sqm and US$ 3000 to US$ 3250 for three bedrooms fully furnished. Those prices are high considering they are not serviced condominiums.

After the success of Pakubuwono Residence, APG is gearing up an expansion with another project called The View and then afterwards with The Pakubuwono Signature.
The View will be constructed on a 14,309 square meter land with a total building GFA of approximately 96,029 square meter. Construction phase is targeted to start on April 2008 and will finish by June 2010.
The View will consist of two towers 35 and 32 storeys high each and has a total of 382 apartment units with sizes ranging between 140 - 180 square meters and priced between Rp2.5 billion to Rp3.5 billion (US$272,000 - US$381,000). Allegedly out of the 382 units about 120 units have been sold or commited.
