REGATTA, THE ICON

Regatta The Icon is an exclusive residential project with an oceanic theme and waterfront living concept on the fringe of the Jakarta’s peninsula developed by Badan Kerjasama Mutiara Buana, which is a Joint Venture company between Intiland Development and PT Global Ekabuana.

Located in Pantai Mutiara Indah which is a well-known elite and posh area in North Jakarta, Regatta the Icon once completed will span over an 11 hectares land and include a development of a hotel tower, 10 apartments tower, an aqua park and two serviced apartments making it the largest waterfront residential in Indonesia and possibly the most luxurious. Designed by Tom Wright, Director of Design and Engineering Solutions from WS Atkins Consultant, which is an internationally acclaimed architect and technical design consultant that also designed Burj Al Arab in Dubai.

The first stage of development of four apartment towers that was launched in September 2006 is on a 2.54 hectares land out of the total 11 hectares, they are Dubai, Monte Carlo, Miami and Rio de Janeiro towers. Currently The Dubai and Monte Carlo towers are about 70 - 80% completed with the Monte Carlo Tower being Fully Sold out.

The 10 towers consist of 2 penthouse units sized at 450sqm as well as 90 apartment units each. The apartment typical units sizes are 243 sqm with an Ocean View and 206 sqm with the Aqua Park View that spans over 24 floors.

Priced ranged at Rp16.5 million to Rp22 million depending on the floor location, The Regatta pampers buyers and prospective residents with high quality materials such as Imported marbles for the unit’s living-room & the Clean Kitchen area and even imported ceramics for the unit’s bathrooms.

All-in-all in terms of design and concept it is truly an Iconic project in Jakarta
