The Lavende is developed on a 1.1ha land near Sahid University on Jl Supomo within the Pancoran area. This project is a joint venture between Synthesis Asset Management the developer of Casablanca Mansion and Agung Podomoro. This is their second endeavor together after Plaza Semanggi.

The project consists of two building towers that is divided into 3 sectons, which are called Pink Tower A, Pink Tower B and Purple Tower B. Allegedly the project is 55% sold
The Lavande being the first of its kind being developed on this location and surrounding area has an advantage of having a head start similar to the Taman Rasuna and Setiabudi Residence developments. Launched in 2007, although this project is within the city, it is still well off from the CBD that may be the only reason why this project hasn't yet taken off in terms off sales.
